As the Lean Digitial Core (LDC) US Implementation Head, you will be accountable to drive the successful adoption of the Lean Digital Core Program for operations
in the US, manufacturing sites and TRD in line within the committed timelines, quality and budget. You will deliver high customer satisfaction and value creation according to program commitments.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require 25% travel.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the LDC country team and ensure effective use of allocated resources (FTEs, resourcing of country teams, external partnerships, costs) in line with defined priorities
  • Ensure business readiness including smooth cutover planning and execution with no unplanned business disruption and impact.
  • Establish a strong connection with the country/site stakeholders and teams from engagement phase until handover to business as usual
  • Establish and run effective and efficient governance structures within the country including transparent status reporting (KPIs, progress vs plan etc.), proactive risk management and effective escalation mechanisms
  • Drive local risk management
  • Ensure justified local requirements (LSTRs – Legal Statutory Tax Regulatory - and local integrations) are adequately considered in the solution delivered to the country
  • Support change management excellence, prepare the organization for change to ensure ultimate in-country buy in & support of LDC as a global solution
  • Establish a local SuperUser community to sustain process know how as well as help the country to stay connected through participation at Change Advisory Boards

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Science
  • At least 5 years senior management in a local or global environment, collaborating across boundaries, managing complexity and leading change
  • >8 years experience in country or global operations roles
  • Proven experience in managing Projects or Programs, Business Process Transformation, & Change Management as well as enterprise transformations
  • Experience with indirect and/or direct leadership in previous roles
  • Ability to engage, influence and drive change with senior stakeholders across functions

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $ 160,300 and $ 257,400 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
