Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver strategic management presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct strategic product costing analysis to support pricing decisions and profitability assessments.
• Oversee month-end coordination activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide budget and financial outlook support, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and evaluate business case calculations to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in business, economics or similar
• Professional level of English, both written & spoken, knowledge of German would be an advantage
• Strong Finance background, ideally withing manufacturing
• Demonstrated mental agility and curiosity to learn, with the ability to adapt to new challenges
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a translator between finance and business, ensuring clear and effective communication across departments

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 73.112,90/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
