About the Role

JTBD:

  • Independently conduct business diagnosis and make presentation to deliver key messages under directional high-level guidance from BP leader
  • Conduct FF sizing, deployment optimization and target allocation under high-level guidance from BP leader in different business scenarios (e.g. launch, post-NRDL, VBP etc.)
  • Support BP leader in regular operational cycle planning. Load data for already built operational template, distribute, collect, check and feedback for operational process, incl. territory alignment, target setting, target hospital selection, etc.
  • Built up and revise operational collection template with automatic data processing and check points. Update regular report in time with accuracy.Built up automatic excel/ppt dashboard covering sales performance, BU ranking, behavior, external market data, digital channels, etc.
  • Conduct business analysis under the guidance from BP leader covering topics like performance diagnosis, meeting effectiveness, competition landscape, territory diagnosis, etc.
  • Communicate with AD/RM in cycle and answer FE relevant questions (incl. sales flow, master data, incentive, territory, linked pharmacy, target, market data feature, etc.). Handle and push back special case where possible. Communicate with FE other team to complete operational tasks and address business needs. Communicate with marketing and cross-function in some ad-hoc tasks. Conduct training to field and marketing on business tools like BI dashboard, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by BP leader

Key Experience & Success Profile:

  • More than 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical SFE functions. At least 3 years’ experience as SFE business partner.
  • Skillful at field force deployment, target allocation, and incentive design under different business scenarios (e.g. launch, post-NRDL expansion, VBP, etc.). Better to have incentive scheme design and optimization experience at company level
  • Sound knowledge of performance and behavior data, internally and externally. Strong logical thinking and story telling capability to drive business insight.
  • Strong communication and influencing capability with win-win mindset in driving cross function initiatives.
  • Fluent in both written and oral English.
  • Curious about new things, customer focused, result-driven, agile to change, and long-termism.
